Good afternoon!!! Well I am going to make this quick as I am trying to get out the door to the gym. Lunch was eaten early (11:30) since I wanted to have time to eat it, blog it, and head out the door by 12:30 pm. I had leftovers from last night. I added some edamame to it for protein.
On the side I had some “garlic bread”, I toasted a small piece of whole wheat Tuscan bread with Earth Balance Vegan Butter and added some garlic powder.
Then, I went back for seconds…I was still hungry and I am hoping for this meal to get me through a workout and class (I am hoping it is hold me over for 8 hours or so), we shall see.
YUM! Pasta is my ALL TIME FAVORITE FOOD! Well, I am off, see you guys all later on tonight after I get home from class.

That pasta looks SO yummy. Second day pasta from the fridge is such a guilty pleasure
I’m not a huge fan of pasta, it makes me quite bloated. I’d rather just have a huge bowl of veggies in pasta sauce
