Hey everyone! Whew! I have been a busy girl! After my last post, I hit the gym for a quick run. I ran 4 miles in 37:22 minutes. I worked up a HUGE sweat, I don’t know if the gym was super hot of what, but there was a puddle under me while stretching! After the gym I hurried home and got showered and dressed super quick.
Today’s outfit:
Look I am smiling! Jeans (Seven For All Mankind), Sneakers (Puma), White Long Sleeved Shirt (Target), Tan Hoodie (American Eagle).
After getting ready, I inhaled a quick lunch, not because I was super hungry, but because I only had about 5 minutes to eat it. I had some left over pumpkin chili topped with reduced fat cheddar, low fat sour cream, and guacamole.
On the side I had some Lime Flavored Food Should Taste Good Chips for dipping, the flavor of the chili and the lime went together so well!

All Together:

After lunch my mom, May and I headed to my reception venue to talk with the Wedding Coordinator and Caterer. We got so much accomplished and I walked away with a large to do list, but also a feeling like I got a lot done. After the visit at the venue, we headed to the place that we were renting all of out linens, china, glasses ect.
Look at all the linens we had to pick from!!!!

There were lots of china and glass choices:

I ended up choosing this set up:

Navy blue tablecloth with a satin stripe, the modern silver utensils, and the white napkins with the satin edging. There will be a dinner menu tucked into the napkin.
Here are our glasses that I picked:

From left to right: wine glass, cocktail class, champagne glass, water- beer-soda glass. We created out signature drink today as well. It is blueberry vodka, lemonade with floating blueberries. Doesn’t that sound REFRESHING?! See the yellow flowers in the background? We put those there so I could get an idea of what my color scene will look like. I am going to have yellow floral centerpieces.
All in all the day was really fun and we got a lot done. It was so helpful to have the opinions of my mom and May. Thanks Ladies!!!!
Once I got home, I headed to my part-time job to do a few quick things for my dad. Then I headed to the post office to mail a package to the UK. It is a long story, but the trip was fruitless. I has to deal with the same annoying lady from a few weeks ago when I went to get my passport. I will be heading to the post office by work tomorrow and hope for better luck! Ugh, I really wanted to get this package out!
I am now sitting here checking e-mails and blogging while enjoying a medium, medium roast coffee from Zumes.

Well, I am going to finish up my coffee while e-mailing my coordinator with a few questions that popped up in my head today. I have to eat a quick dinner before picking up my friend Kristie and head to May’s apartment to watch 500 Day of Summer. Love a mid-week girl date!!!
See you all later bloggy friends!
