Hey everyone! How is your Tuesday? Mine has been great! I am getting pretty busy here at work though! Oh well, I think it will be a busy couple of weeks!
At 12:00 pm SHARP I broke for lunch, I actually worked through lunch, but whatever. I was starving, and knowing that I had a delicious salad waiting for me in the fridge made it that much more difficult to wait for an appropriate time to eat
I mixed in some left over rice from last night and it really the salad fun and different!
Contents:
- Spring Mix
- 1/5 of an avocado
- edamame
- tomato
- cucumber
- red bell pepper
- carrots
- reduced fat feta
- tabbouleh
- garlic lovers hummus
- Veggie Rice
So good! After my 2:30 meeting I ate half of my afternoon snack.
Red grapes. I also have a bar that will probably be eaten in the later afternoon, before my run. I know you are all at the edge of your seat to see when the bar with be eaten
Kidding!

2. I have been getting a great response about Self Love Month. I received this e-mail from Ashley (which she said I could share):
Hey there!
I love the self love month! It’s so important for people to love themselves. I battled depression from about 14-16 years old and it was a long road to loving myself. Something I became really good at on my ‘road to recovery’ was pep talking myself. If you start to think negatively you have to step back and think objectively and know when you’re being unreasonable. It’s extremely hard to do but once you start it gets easier and easier.
Thanks!
Ashley
Thanks for sharing Ashley!!!! Well, I am going to wrap up here and then head to the gym for a run, too cold to run outside for me!
See you all at dinner!

That salad looks great. I love salads with a lot of variety, aka one of everything from the fridge. Cute save the dates too!

You know, I am not sure if it is more in postage. I am going to check that out once I get the envelopes. I will just go to the post office and ask.

I love them – so original and full of your personality!
January 6, 2010 at 4:13 am |
Al – you don’t need extra postage, they are standard #10 envelopes, the flap is just in a different spot. The only time you would pay more is if you wanted them hand canceled (we had to do that with ours because of the bump from the tassle). But yours should lie flat and be fine. We can make you some custom stamps if you want!

HAHAHA! Of course you would know the answer to that Post Office question! You know everything! let’s talk stamps today!
