Hey everyone! Whew! It has been a busy day in the Food, Fitness, Fashion household today. But, let me back up to yesterday.
Lunch:

Turkey, garlic hummus and lettuce sandwich on a wheat Ezekiel wrap with a clementine and some rice crisps.
I had a few afternoon snacks in order to prevent me from overeating at the Holiday Party we went to last night.

Lowfat cottage cheese

a small handful of bakes lays. While ironing our clothes for the party I snacked on a low fat string cheese and some edamame.

At the party, I stuck to Bud Light for most of the night, there was not a huge selection.

I was excited to see so many healthy options at the party. Adam’s co-worker Derek planned the party and did an excellent job!

My plate contained a whole lot of salad and steamed veggies with s tiny bit of pasta and a small piece of chicken. The food was really good
The rest of the night was spent dancing and socializing. We had a great time!!!

Adam and some co-workers.

That’s me an Adam’s good friend Jeremy! All of Adam’s co-workers are really nice. Everyone is so close, like family. It is so nice to get together with them
We got home pretty late, so we just headed to bed when we got home. This morning we woke up and I had a MAJOR PANIC, I could not find my camera anywhere!!!!!!!!!!!! You guys I was totally loosing it! I knew it was in the back pocket of my jeans all night. When I looked in those jeans it wasn’t there. Adam and I looked all over the house, called the place where the party was and we even called his co-worker that drove up home to see if it was in his car. I was seriously upset thinking about not having a camera to blog with. I finally found it down beside the window seat in our bedroom. THANK GOODNESS!!!!!! I have no idea how it got there, but I am just gal we found it!
While searching for my camera, I snacked on a kashi bar that clearly could not be photographed since I hadn’t found my camera yet. After we found the camera, I made coffee and we started decorating for Christmas.

Adam and I got so into decorating that we completely forgot to eat breakfast! Can you believe that?!
We put up out tree:

Isn’t it pretty?!
I wanted to show you guys some of our favorite ornaments, we have collected a lot over the past few years.

Adam and I made this one out first Christmas dating in 1999. We are 15 in that picture. I believe it was taken the day I made my confirmation. Like my braces?

This is Oscar’s puppy’s first Christmas one from Christmas of 2006.

That is William Shakespeare (or since we are close friends, I call him Billy Shakes). I am a huge Shakespeare freak, bet y’all didn’t know that huh? Full of surprises, this girl!

Adam is a big Elvis fan and wanted me to show you guys his Elvis ornament!

I got this one in DIsney a few years ago and just think is is so beautiful!

I bought a Texas Longhorns ornament during my trip to Texas, clearly Adam is not a Texas fan, he has a football bet with my friend Kara (you can read about Adam and Kara’s bet here).
We also did a little more decorating around our apt.

Wreath of the front door.

Stockings hung by the stereo with care
Adam’s mom made Oscar and I new ones last year. I think it is time for Adam to get a new one.

Reindeer by the TV.

This Santa was made by my grandmother, isn’t is pretty?!
Adam even decorated the framed Johnny Cash poster in out living room.

We are huge Cash fans!
Lunch was two sliced of spinach, mushroom and eggplant pizza.

I looks huge, but it really wasn’t that big.

Too many! I think Kath Eats was the first one I read, but the list has grown since then.

I have a laid back work environment so right now it’s pretty easy.
5. Has anything happened that was unexpected or shocked you as a result ofhaving a blog? For example, negative feedbacks, new found blogger friends that live next door? really anything that didn’t expect?
