It truly does make you stronger and transform your body. If you love it that much, you should consider getting certified to teach it. That's why I did. I loved the class, the instructors, the atmosphere and the results so much I wanted to show others how it really does change your body! It's so much fun! Oh, and a definate YAY! for good friends.
