Commitment!

By Ali

Hey everyone! If you guys follow me on Twitter, you noticed I got up and did Body Pump at 6am this morning! I had to squeeze in the Monday morning class class I will be in NYC this weekend (!!!!!!) and won’t be able to Body Pump Saturday or Sunday.  It looked like this when I left my apartment at 5:45 this morning!

While driving to the gym is complete darkness I thought, “Wow, this is commitment!” Body Pump was great as usual, I especially loved this instructor. It felt great to get in a workout before 7am :) Plus, I never get to work out on Monday’s due to my insane schedule. Getting up on Monday’s for BP may be a new tradition, we will see.

After BP, I hussled home, hopped in the shower, got ready and made breakfast.

Congrats on getting up this morning!! I am SO not a morning person. I REALLY want to start working out in the mornings when I change jobs in a couple of weeks, but it’s cold out now and I just want to stay wrapped up in bed.

I am thankful for my mom! She always answers the phone when I need to talk. :)
