Hello Blogland! How was your Thursday?! Mine was pretty good. Around 4:30, I had a snack of blueberry yogurt and 1/3 of a cup of granola. I needed a snack that would get me through a tough workout, and knew dinner would be late.
After work, I headed to Body Pump. Let me just tell you I got my a** handed to me today!!!! It was HARD AS HECK! This class was not the usual routine, but a mix of all the BP routines in the last year. I worked hard and felt like jelly after. I love BP because it makes me feel so strong, I literally feel like Superwoman while I am there. It has also toned my arms really nicely!!! Are you guys sick of my BP gushing yet?????
After BP, I went to my part time job to meet a customer. We ended up having a lot in common and chatted for about 40 minutes. At around 8, I met Adam for a beer and dinner. We went to the Warren Tavern. Over the course of dinner I had two Octoberfests.

For my meal I ordered the City Square Sandwich.

It was a grilled chicken sandwich with cheddar, pesto, red peppers, lettuce, tomatoes and onion. I got it with fries because, as I have said before, the Warren Tavern has my favorite fries! I ate all the fries
and half of the sandwich. I am paying for eating the fried food right now, little belly ache. I gave up fried food because it hurt my belly, so you barely ever see me eat it, but I just love these fries. Yum! (but ouch).
Well, I am going to shower and them off to bed! Don’t forget you have about 30 minutes to enter my Love Your Body Day Giveaway!!!! Good Luck!!

Ummmm….HECK NO! I never get sick of Body Pump! I teach it! So glad you love it! I taught the new 71 tacks today. AWESOME! You should totally look into becoming an instructor! You’d be great! I just got certified! bEST THING i’VE EVER DONE!
I loved Body Pump….boy was I sore afterwards but i would do it again!
I want to try Body Pump so bad. Do they have passes?
I miss BodyPump!
I quit Golds because it was cheaper to workout at the University I work at and they just built a brand new facility. But…I still miss those Les Mills classes.
