Trying Not To Spill The Beans!

Good Afternoon! You guys, this week is wiping by! I can’t believe it is already Wednesday!!! WOO-HOO!

Lunch was some left over kashi pizza from Sunday night:

I also had a small side salad with spring mix, peppers, carrots and cucumbers.

It was good but I really dislike pizza heated up in the microwave…it was a little soggy. I didn’t get to take a lunch break as I was working on something here that was driving me nuts! Sometimes Microsoft Office gets under my skin! So, I will take my hour ins afternoon and run on the treadmill downstairs!

My pre-workout/afternoon snackĀ  was grapes, decaf with half and half and cinnamon and a mini Luna bar I got at the race on Monday.

Strange combo, but it works. I will not be doing an edition of What Ali Is Excited About today, for fear I may spill the beans of my BIG NEWS if I start writing. You guys understand, right?

Well, I will see you guys later! I am fairly certain next time you see me I will have BIG NEWS!!!

      Also,did you put any dressing on your salad? I find it hard to eat salad without something on it. The hummus/salsa combo is great, though, but when it’s just veggies, I need a little something else. Any ideas?

    Looking forward to finding out about your big news!! It sounds exciting :) I always crave coffee in the afternoons but never drink any because of the caffeine. I never even thought to drink decaf. Do you have any suggestions for some good decaf that still tastes like really strong coffee? Thanks! xoxo
